Does the engine need to be taken apart?
No. Hydrogen is fed through the intake with the engine idling: no parts are removed.
How often should it be done?
We recommend about every 20,000 km, and before a remap on a clogged engine.
Does it also clean the DPF?
It reduces the soot sent to the DPF. For an already clogged DPF we offer DPF cleaning without removal, or a delete if the filter is beyond repair.
